In addition, lead teams for world-class Tier 1 suppliers such as Magna, Koito, etc.
Proven track record in best practices that includes Six Sigma techniques and OEM related structured problem solving. Respected for leadership style of transforming teams into a single unit, while building the trust amongst all stake holders in order to achieve the corporate objectives and celebrating team’s success.
